Elka Graham is a real estate and dispute resolution expert dedicated to ethical conduct and agent development. She holds degrees in Sociology, Political Science, Public Administration, and a Juris Doctor with a focus on Alternative Dispute Resolution. Joining Kaplan Real Estate Education in 2024 as the Tennessee Instructor Supervisor and Lead Instructor, Elka is also a licensed real estate agent in Alabama, a Broker in Tennessee, and an agent mentor. She serves as a Contract Compliance Analyst with her brokerage and on their Internal Dispute Resolution Panel, empowering agents through her knowledge of contract compliance, risk management, and ethical practice. Her commitment to industry integrity extends to her service on the Tennessee REALTORS^®️ Professional Standards and Ombudsman/Mediation Committees, where she advocates for professionalism, continuous learning, and ethical responsibility, making her a mentor and rising leader in the real estate industry.
