The Pennsylvania real estate salesperson exam is not difficult for organized students who prepare adequately. You need a 75% or higher to pass the Pennsylvania real estate licensing exam.
The requirements to become a real estate agent in Pennsylvania include; being 18 years of age or older, completing the 75 hours of prelicensing education, applying for the license, submitting fingerprints, and passing the state and national real estate exams. Then, you'll need to obtain sponsorship from an active real estate brokerage.
The Pennsylvania real estate license costs $96 to renew every two years.
