Steps to Real Estate License Recognition in Nebraska:
- Step 1: Complete an application form
- Step 2: Create an Applicant Portal
- Step 3: Remit the application fee
- Step 4: Submit a recent head-and-shoulders photo (at least 2" x 2") taken within the last year
- Step 5: Submit Acknowledgment of Personal Jurisdiction form
- Step 6: Submit a Certification of License History
- Step 7: Complete the Nebraska License Law Course
- Step 8: Submit a criminal background report
- Step 9: Application and fees are valid for one year

- Review qualifications and requirements

- Submit fingerprints
- Submit the Supplemental License Issuance Form for Military Service Members and Spouses
- The license issuance fee may be waived
