Requirements for Out-of-State Endorsement:
- You can apply through the Endorsement process if you have an active real estate license in another state.
 - The Commission will review your application and out-of-state license to determine if it meets Indiana's requirements.
 
- Hold a current license, certification, registration, or permit from another jurisdiction with requirements substantially equivalent to or exceeding Indiana's standards
 - Demonstrate competency through board-approved methods, such as completing continuing education or having recent experience for at least two of the past five years
 - Have not committed any act that would have been grounds for license refusal, suspension, or revocation in Indiana
 - In good standing with no disciplinary actions from the issuing agency
 - Pay the required fees for licensure, certification, registration, or permit
