Mississippi Continuing Education Requirements
- Per renewal period (every two years), applicants must complete 16 hours of real estate education. These hours must include:
- Mississippi license law
- Contract law
- Agency law
- Additional electives to reach the full 16-hour requirement
- Any education earned in the last 3 months of licensure that exceeds 16 hours can be carried over and credited to the next year with a maximum of 6 credit hours.
