Unit 1 topics include fair housing issues related to state law geared to real estate licensees. Unit 2 covers the history of fair housing and fair housing laws related to real estate on the national level. Unit 3 delves into state laws related to advertising for licensees, best practices in fair housing marketing as identified by the NAR Code of Ethics, and real estate marketing requirements under WIS STAT 452.136. The final exam is 15 multiple-choice items.
