This real estate course fulfills the requirements of Wisconsin’s 2023–2024 continuing education curriculum for Course 5: Wisconsin Property Use, Short Sales, and Risk Reduction. The course delves into the relationship between zoning and proposed use; proposed use contingencies in the Offer to Purchase; waterfront, conversion fees, and nonconforming uses. The final exam is 15 multiple-choice items.
