Note: The real estate continuing education course deadline mandated by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission takes effect June 10, 2022, at 11:59 pm ET. No continuing education courses may be offered or taken during the June 11 - June 30 blackout period.
North Carolina real estate professionals are required to complete eight hours of state-approved continuing education every year, by June 10. Kaplan offers the continuing education courses that North Carolina Real Estate Brokers and Brokers-In-Charge need to meet the state requirement for license renewal.
The state of North Carolina mandates that brokers complete a four-hour General Update course, and BICs complete a four-hour Broker-In-Charge Update course in a live online classroom. The remaining four hours of elective credit may be completed through an online or OnDemand course.
Kaplan offers required and elective live online NC real estate CE courses, allowing you to complete your CE requirement in a single day. We also offer comprehensive online elective continuing education courses, which provide a more convenient way to complete your elective credit requirement.
