Connecticut CE Requirements
- Renewal Period: Biannually Every Even-Numbered Year
- Total Hours: 12
- Mandatory Course: 3 Hours
- Elective Courses: 9 Hours
NOTE: If you obtain your Connecticut license by reciprocity with Massachusetts, you need to complete both Connecticut and Massachusetts continuing education to maintain your license.
All students will have 6 months to complete their course from the date of purchase.
Important Deadline Information
The CE completion deadline is three months before the renewal deadline. Salesperson licenses expire on May 31 of even-numbered years, and all CE hours must be completed between March 1st and February 28th of even-numbered years. Broker licenses expire on November 30th of even-numbered years, and all CE hours must be completed between September 1st and August 30th of even-numbered years.Students who fail to complete the CE requirements by the CE completion deadline may be subject to civil fines and the revocation or suspension of their license.
