    Minnesota to Wisconsin Real Estate License Course (13-Credit Hours)

    This class satisfies Wisconsin’s 13-hour education requirement to obtain a real estate salesperson license by endorsement. You qualify for this class if: A) you currently hold an active license in a state other than Wisconsin; or B) your license held in another state expired no more than two years ago. Minnesota students who complete this class also will receive 7.5 hours of Minnesota CE.
