Satisfy Virginia’s Mandatory CE Topics with This Course

Designed to meet Virginia’s 11-hour mandatory continuing education requirements, this online course addresses state-specific material on contracts, Fair Housing, agency, and legal updates and emerging trends, as well as the federal Fair Housing Act and the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics. This VA real estate course covers 3 hours of ethics and standards of conduct; 2 hours of Fair Housing; 2 hours of legal updates and emerging trends, including flood hazard areas and the NFIP; 2 hours of real estate agency; and 2 hours of real estate contracts. Case studies covering agency and contracts help to illustrate the content in practice.
