This VA real estate course covers 3 hours of ethics and standards of conduct; 2 hours of Fair Housing; 2 hours of legal updates and emerging trends, including flood hazard areas and the NFIP; 2 hours of real estate agency; and 2 hours of real estate contracts.
- REQUIRED Virginia Mandatory Brokerage Management and Agent Supervision Online Course (8 Credit Hours): This course satisfies the Virginia 8-hour broker continuing education requirement and focuses on the real responsibilities brokers face in managing people, systems, and risk. You’ll review supervision standards, agency compliance, marketing oversight, policies and procedures, leadership, communication, and decision-making, along with practical risk management strategies. The content is designed to help you understand not just what the rules are, but how to apply them in day-to-day brokerage operations. By the end, you’ll be better equipped to protect your license, support your licensees, and run a more consistent, compliant brokerage.
- 2025/2027 Association Ethics Online Course (3 Credit Hours)*: Based on Everyday Ethics in Real Estate, this Virginia course presents the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics and information on making ethical decisions in a 33-hour format that can be used to fulfill NAR’s real estate ethics training requirement. Through an in-depth discussion of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, you will be able to understand the responsibilities and duties required of REALTORS® and how the code can be used as a guide to proper conduct for all real estate practitioners. It includes case studies and interpretations based on actual situations of alleged unethical conduct.
- Land Development: Finding, Funding, & Finishing Online Video Course (2 Credit Hours): Land development might sound like a world of its own, but it’s a world where your skills and expertise are essential. This online video course was recorded in a unique style that makes it feel more like a documentary than a course, making it an engaging way to elevate your expertise and serve your clients in the best way possible.
