  • REQUIRED Real Estate Contracts: Essentials and Beyond Correspondence Course (3 Credit Hours) (#23627-RECE): This real estate course covers the essential elements of a contract and lease. Explore the fundamentals of preparing a sales contract, including financing and contingencies, as well as amendments, addenda, and defaults. The course concludes with common contract mistakes, including examples of what to look for to avoid common pitfalls.
  • 2025/2027 Association Ethics Online Course (3 Credit Hours) (#23605-RECE)**:  Based on Everyday Ethics in Real Estate, this Texas course presents the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics and information on making ethical decisions in a 3-hour format that can be used to fulfill NAR’s real estate ethics training requirement.
