The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) requires you to successfully complete this course prior to sitting for the Tennessee real estate licensing exam. This 60-hour TREC approved online course provides the fundamentals of Tennessee real estate. Not only does it review all the basics, it also covers the latest state-specific information you’ll need to know for the licensing exam. Topics include: an introduction to real estate including the various career paths within the industry, real property and the law, concepts of Home Ownership and more.
