If you are a broker who is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, you can complete your Code of Ethics and Fair Housing requirements with this continuing education package. It features three required Ohio real estate courses, one mandatory NAR course, and five of our popular electives.

This Package Includes:

• REQUIRED Fair Housing in Ohio Online Course (3 Credit Hours)*: This 3-hour, online course covers both Ohio and federal fair housing law, as well as the impact of diversity and unconscious bias in the real estate market. This user-friendly course features interactive exercises and provides busy professionals with the flexibility they need to meet their Ohio continuing education requirements.
• REQUIRED Ohio Broker Responsibility Online Course (3 Credit Hours): Being a broker and operating a brokerage comes with additional duties and requirements. This 3-hour continuing education online real estate course meets the Ohio 3-hour broker responsibilities CE requirement and covers: operating a real estate brokerage; creating an office manual; supervising and managing affiliated licenses; and audits, complaints, and consequences. You will leave this course with a solid understanding of key components to running a brokerage.
• REQUIRED Ohio Canons and Codes: Your Professional Guidelines Online Course (3 Credit Hours): Learn the ethical guidelines you are expected to follow as part of Ohio’s Canons of Ethics for the real estate industry. A violation of the Canons of Ethics is a violation of the law. Ethical behavior not only reflects on the licensee’s performance but also the company with which the licensee is associated and the real estate industry as a whole.
• REQUIRED Ohio Core Law: Disclosure, Inspection & Environmental Concerns in Real Estate Online Course (3 Credit Hours): Stay abreast of the latest disclosure requirements in the state of Ohio with this mandatory core continuing education course. You will explore Ohio real estate license law as it applies to disclosure, inspection, and environmental concerns. Additionally, you will discuss how to manage risks and resolve conflicts.
• 2025/2027 Association Ethics Online Course (3 Credit Hours)*: Based on Everyday Ethics in Real Estate, this Ohio course presents the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics and information on making ethical decisions in a 3-hour format that can be used to fulfill NAR’s real estate ethics training requirement. Through an in-depth discussion of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, you will be able to understand the responsibilities and duties required of REALTORS® and how the code can be used as a guide to proper conduct for all real estate practitioners. It includes case studies and interpretations based on actual situations of alleged unethical conduct.
• Buyer Representation in Real Estate Online Course (6 Credit Hours): This Ohio real estate course offers a great introduction for buyer agents. In this course, you will learn the legal and technical aspects of buyer representation, including such things as real estate due diligence and fiduciary duties. You will explore your risk exposure when representing buyers, as well as how a good risk management plan can help protect you and your clients. The online course includes interactive exercises and features quiz unit exam questions, providing you with high-quality Ohio buyer agent training for brokers.
• Principle-Centered Real Estate Online Video Course (3 Credit Hours): This online video real estate course will teach you how to cultivate success in real estate transactions by upholding ethical principles. • Real Estate Finance Today Online Course (4 Credit Hours): In a changing financial landscape with new real estate reporting requirements, Real Estate Finance Today offers an invaluable resource for Ohio real estate professionals practicing in several different fields. From new developments in collateralized mortgage obligations, to flood insurance requirements, to TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures, this real estate course takes the pulse of the current financial environment and explains it with clear language and advanced educational concepts.
• Unconscious Bias: Barrier to Service? Online Video Course (2 Credit Hours): This course examines unconscious biases and helps you to address it in your life and in your real estate practice.
