If you do not pass after completing our program, we’ll continue to support your studies at no cost to you through the Kaplan Commitment. Our instructors will help you create a personalized study plan, and you’ll continue to have access to our exam prep tools and instructors for up to 18 months as long as you continue your studies. Length of access may be shorter and is dependent upon your state’s regulations. Students should check the state’s regulatory website in which they seek licensure to learn the maximum study time. The continued enrollment without additional charge is the Kaplan Commitment to help you pass the exam. It cannot be transferred to others. The refund policy for the original enrollment does not apply to the continuation.
