Specifically designed for Minnesota salespersons and brokers, this 3.75-hour mandatory continuing education course dives into the legal framework and form requirements for real estate contracts, disclosures, and agency relationships. This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3.75 hours of real estate continuing education. This course also satisfies the 1-hour broker module requirement in §82.61(i) for 2025-2026. Completion of this course DOES NOT satisfy the 1 hour of Fair Housing OR the 1 hour of Agency Law as required in § 82.61.(c) (1) (2).
