2027 Residential Contractor/Remodeler Update Course - Salesperson

This course will thoroughly inform you about important industry changes and topics. Topics include energy efficiency, maintaining a profitable business, worker safety, renovating manufactured homes, and AI technology. By enrolling, you will gain the knowledge needed to navigate today's market while also fulfilling your state-mandated continuing education (CE) requirements, ensuring you stay compliant and maintain your professional licensure. This course satisfies 7 hours of contractor and real estate continuing education, as well as the requirements for both an energy hour and a business practice hour.

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 7 hours of real estate continuing education.

This course includes 1 hour of Energy and 1 hour of Business Management.
