Real Estate Jeopardy: Version 3 Live Online Class (4-Credit Hours)
Show What You Know with Confidence—Real Estate Jeopardy Is Back with Version 3!
This unique MN continuing education experience puts your knowledge to the test in a classic question-and-answer format.
In this Minnesota real estate class, you will explore key concepts including: title and lien theory; financing instruments; financing options and terminology; Fair Housing laws and guidelines; and all things new construction—from its benefits to styles and options. Each answer serves as a launchpad for deeper understanding, as we break down the what, why, and how behind the topic in question. The “You May Be in Jeopardy When” and “Case Study” features bring these topics to life in real-world situations.
