This real estate course delves into counteroffers, multiple counterproposals, and agency agreements. It will discuss the closing of a buyer’s property, bump clauses, and secondary offers. You will learn how to craft legal and effective contingencies and contracts that comply with Wisconsin real estate laws. The final exam is 15 multiple-choice items.
