If you are a broker who is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, you can complete your Code of Ethics and Fair Housing requirements with this continuing education package. It features one required Minnesota real estate course, two mandatory NAR courses, and one of our popular electives.

This Package Includes:

  • REQUIRED 7/1/25-6/30/26 Salesperson & Broker Required Module: Contracts Live Online Class (3.75 Credit Hours): Specifically designed for Minnesota salespersons and brokers, this 3.75-hour mandatory continuing education course dives into the legal framework and form requirements for real estate contracts, disclosures, and agency relationships. You’ll gain practical insight into purchase agreements, counteroffers, fiduciary duties, and common contingencies—all aligned with Minnesota statutes. Build the contract confidence every successful agent needs with this required module.
    This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3.75 hours of real estate continuing education. This course also satisfies the 1-hour broker module requirement in §82.61(i) for 2025-2026. Completion of this course DOES NOT satisfy the 1 hour of Fair Housing OR the 1 hour of Agency Law as required in § 82.61.(c) (1) (2).
  • 2025/2027 Association Ethics Online Course (4 Credit Hours)*: Based on Everyday Ethics in Real Estate, this Minnesota course presents the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics and information on making ethical decisions in a 4-hour format that can be used to fulfill NAR’s real estate ethics training requirement. Through an in-depth discussion of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, you will be able to understand the responsibilities and duties required of REALTORS® and how the code can be used as a guide to proper conduct for all real estate practitioners. It includes case studies and interpretations based on actual situations of alleged unethical conduct.
    This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 4 hours of real estate continuing education.
  • Fair Housing Online Course (4 Credit Hours)*: Today’s real estate practitioner must establish business practices that comply with fair housing laws and offer equal professional service to all. Consistency, objectivity, and documentation are critical in accomplishing this objective. This 4-hour MN course includes the topics pertinent to fair housing in today's real estate world including law, and diversity and unconscious bias.
    This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 4 hours of real estate continuing education.
  • Whose Side Are You On?: Buyer and Seller Representation Online Video Course (4 Credit Hours): Relationships and representation are a key part of the real estate industry. This online video course looks closely at buyer and seller representation to help you more clearly define these relationships, roles, and duties. Topics discussed include evolution of agency representation, current legal issues, negotiating for each side, and so much more.
    This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 4 hours of real estate continuing education.
