• Whose Side Are You On?: Buyer and Seller Representation Online Video Course (3 Credit Hours): Relationships and representation are a key part of the real estate industry. This online video course looks closely at buyer and seller representation to help you more clearly define these relationships, roles, and duties. Topics discussed include types of agency, exclusive versus nonexclusive contracts, negotiating for each side, and fair housing concerns to keep in mind. You will leave the course better prepared to represent both buyers and sellers.
