It is based on the standard outline from the Maryland Real Estate Commission. You will receive updated information regarding Maryland residential law, including requirements for brokerage agreements, duties owed by licensees, disclosure forms, and regulations about dual agency.
• REQUIRED MREC Supervision Online Course (3 Credit Hours): This continuing education course satisfies the Maryland Real Estate Commission’s 3-hour requirement for the category I supervision class that all Maryland brokers, managers, and team leaders must take to renew their licenses.
