Connecticut License Law 2024–2026 Live Online Class (3-Credit Hour)
IMPORTANT: The CE completion deadline is three months before the renewal deadline. Salesperson licenses expire on May 31 of even-numbered years, and all CE hours must be completed between March 1st and February 28th of even-numbered years. Broker licenses expire on November 30th of even-numbered years, and all CE hours must be completed between September 1st and August 30th of even-numbered years.
Students who fail to complete the CE requirements by the CE completion deadline may be subject to civil fines and the revocation or suspension of their license. Please contact the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection for details.
