This Connecticut real estate course package includes:
- Houses: Why Bad Things Happen to Good Houses Online Video Course (6 Credit Hours): This online video course features 6 hours of studio and onsite video learning objectives to help you understand the reasons housing systems may fail and how to prevent issues. We will take you on a building physics adventure, explaining in easy-to-understand terms how houses work and why perfectly good houses sometimes go bad. You will learn the critical role new construction materials play in reduced building tolerances and why that creates huge problems. Helpful tips will enable you to communicate more intelligently and effectively with increasingly sophisticated homeowners. No more dealing with individualized parts of the house, this real estate course provides the whole picture.
- 2022/2024 Association Ethics Online Course (3 Credit Hours)*: This real estate course presents the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics and information on making ethical decisions in a 3-hour format that can be used to fulfill NAR’s real estate ethics training requirement. Through an in-depth discussion of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice and case studies, you will be able to understand the responsibilities and duties required of REALTORS® and how the code can be used as a guide to proper conduct for all real estate practitioners.
*This course was designed to meet the Code of Ethics training requirement for members of the National Association of REALTORS®. You must confirm that your local board or association of REALTORS® will accept this course, and you must provide proof of course completion to the board or association.
