This 4-hour CO continuing education class explores the essential duties real estate licensees have in HOA transactions. Licensees will learn their fiduciary duties, how to identify and disclose material facts related to HOAs, how to assess an HOA's financial health, and the legal and financial implications for both buyers and sellers in HOA-governed communities. This course has been approved by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Real Estate, for 4 hours of real estate continuing education.
