Brokers are recommended to take the Annual Commission Update (ACU) course between January and June. This is not a contracts course; however, brokers should consider taking a contracts course every year.
• Old Homes, Modern Standards: A Licensee's Guide Live Online Course (4 Credit Hours): As the national housing stock ages, Colorado real estate professionals must understand how a property’s physical condition affects legal liability and transaction outcomes. This 4-hour live online course gives insight into common architectural styles, helping you identify era-specific material risks, such as knob-and-tube wiring, asbestos siding, and faulty stucco systems. You’ll distinguish normal wear from active defects and handle complex transaction negotiations regarding aging components.
