Colorado 2022 Annual Commission Update Live Online Class - The Annual Commission Update, required for every active licensee, is a 4-hour course. The course covers current Real Estate Commission rule changes, law changes, forms and contracts updates, and is designed to keep you in the know! Under revised rules, every active licensee must take a minimum of 12 hours of Annual Commission Update course work (this course) each license cycle as part of your 24 hours of continuing education, and each Update course must be a different version. If you take more than 12 hours of Annual Commission Update courses, the additional hours then count toward your 24 hours of required CE.
Commercial Transactions for Residential Brokers Live Online Class - Are you a residential broker who wants to represent a client in a commercial transaction and looking to change your area of specialty by becoming a commercial broker? If so, this course is for you. IMPORTANT: To receive CE credit for attending a live online class, the Colorado Real Estate Commission requires students to have their webcam on and be in view during the duration of the session. Credit will be denied for students not following this rule. Kaplan also requires the use of Zoom for live online classes. You must have Zoom downloaded and installed on your computer/laptop, and you must have a Zoom account.
