• REQUIRED Personal Safety in Real Estate Online Video Course (1 Credit Hour): This practical one-hour video course includes 6 short video segments that  allow you to complete the course in small pieces or all at once. It focuses on being aware of your surroundings and discusses different methods for fostering this awareness, such as the NAR Ten-Second Rule. Video segments range from 5 to 9 minutes and are followed by True/False questions to gauge your understanding of the material.
• Fair Housing Online Course (3 Credit Hours)*: Today’s real estate practitioner must establish business practices that comply with fair housing laws and offer equal professional service to all. Consistency, objectivity, and documentation are critical in accomplishing this objective. This 3-hour AR course includes the topics pertinent to fair housing in today's real estate world including law, and diversity and unconscious bias.
• Whose Side Are You On?: Buyer and Seller Representation Online Video Course (3 Credit Hours): Relationships and representation are a key part of the real estate industry. This online video course looks closely at buyer and seller representation to help you more clearly define these relationships, roles, and duties. Topics discussed include types of agency, exclusive vs. nonexclusive contracts, negotiating for each side, and Fair Housing concerns to keep in mind. You will leave the course better prepared to represent both buyers and sellers.
