Maintain your broker license with Kaplan. Brokers must complete 18 hours of Continuing Education every two years. Eight of the 18 hours must be in legal topics and 3 hours must be in a contracts-related course. Brokers who have sponsored one or more sales agents, served as the designated broker for a business entity broker that sponsors sales agents, or been made a supervisor of other license holders will also need to take the 6-hour Broker Responsibility course as part of the 18 hours of CE.
