Minnesota Real Estate Agent License Courses

Kaplan's licensing program consists of three 30-hour courses to fulfill the salesperson educational requirement. The first is Course I, which is offered via live online classroom or online instruction. It covers the basic principles of Minnesota real estate. Once you have completed Course I, we encourage you to take the License Exam Preparation course that is offered via live classroom or online instruction. After the exam, Course II and Course III will teach you the necessities of doing business as a real estate agent. Our expert instructors will give you real-life scenarios and case studies while teaching you how to succeed in your new career.

Minnesota Real Estate Broker License Courses

Are you ready to upgrade to a Broker license? If you have three years experience, you may qualify to become a Minnesota Broker by attending the 30-Hour Broker’s course and passing the Broker exam. Complete your required education with Kaplan Real Estate Education. The following topics are all covered in the 30-Hour Broker’s course.

Minnesota Veterans

Contact the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs to see if you are eligible for tuition reimbursement.

Once you have successfully completed your education with Kaplan, contact the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs at 1-888-LinkVet (1-888-546-5838) to find out if you qualify to have your tuition, exam and licensing fees reimbursed through the Minnesota GI Bill. Prior to applying* for reimbursement, you must complete all licensing requirements and possess your license or certification.
