  • Required! Colorado 2023 Annual Commission Update Live Online Class (4 Hours) - The Annual Commission Update, required for every active licensee, is a 4-hour course. This course is developed by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies Division of Real Estate and offers relevant information on regulatory changes and issues. Brokers are recommended to take the Annual Commission Update (ACU) course between January and June. This is not a contracts course; however, brokers should consider taking a contracts course every year. 

  • Unconscious Bias: Barrier to Service? (2 Hours) - This course examines unconscious biases and helps you to address it in your life and in your real estate practice. Eliminating both conscious and unconscious bias is not only the right thing to do for your clients and customers, but it also can open a new world of opportunity. In this class, you will look at how you can create a bias-proof process that will lead to numerous benefits.

  • Property Management for Real Estate Professionals (2 Hours) - This 2-hour class serves as a refresher for experienced property managers and identifies important considerations for people who are new to the industry and is helpful whether a real estate professional acts as a property manager/landlord or represents buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants. It covers need-to-know topics to comply with law and to protect consumers in real estate transactions as well as nice-to-know topics based on standard practices in the property management profession.

 

IMPORTANT: To receive CE credit for attending a live online class, the Colorado Real Estate Commission requires students to have their webcam on and be in view during the duration of the session. Credit will be denied for students not following this rule. Kaplan also requires the use of Zoom for live online classes. You must have Zoom downloaded and installed on your computer/laptop, and you must have a Zoom account.
