The California Department of Real Estate requires all licensees to complete a 9-hour survey course as part of the mandatory 45 hours of continuing education required for second and subsequent license renewals. In this course*, you will satisfy your 9-hour requirement and review pertinent topics to ensure you understand the rules and regulations applying to the practice of real estate in California.

This course includes a physical textbook that ships upon enrollment and an online component to complete the survey exam.

This 9-Hour survey course meets the new survey continuing education requirements that take effect January 2023.

The Department of Real Estate (DRE) is allowing licensees whose license expires prior to December 31, 2022, to complete the new 2023 continuing education course requirements as part of their consumer protection hours. This package will satisfy your continuing education requirements, whether your license expires before or after December 31, 2022.
