Complete Your Required Contractor and Remodeler CE!
At Kaplan Real Estate Education, we make it easy and convenient for you to complete the 14 hours of required contractor or remodeler continuing education and renew your license. We offer CE classes at more than 20 locations throughout Minnesota. Each course is approved by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry for residential building contractor and remodeler continuing education. During each 2-year renewal period, as part of the 14 required CE hours, licensees are required to complete one hour of continuing education relevant to energy codes or energy conservation measures applicable to residential buildings and one hour of business management. Nearly all of our contractor CE classes include this mandatory energy hour.
Do you have a Wisconsin contractor license? Many of our courses are also approved by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services for Dwelling Contractor Qualifier continuing education. Visit our WI Contractor CE page for a list of these courses.
