If you are a salesperson who is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, you can complete your Code of Ethics and Fair Housing requirements with this continuing education package. It features one required Minnesota real estate course, two mandatory NAR courses, and one of our popular electives.

This Package Includes:

  • REQUIRED 7/1/24–6/30/25 Salesperson & Broker Required Module: Risk Management and Minnesota License Procedure Online Video Course (3.75-Credit Hours): Come to understand the importance of eliminating risk in all real estate transactions. Throughout this course, you will review disclosure requirements, listing requirements, facilitator agreements, negotiation practices, trust account handling, and methods of cancellation. Agents and brokers will brush up on your responsibilities, licensing laws, required education, and license application changes for 2024.
    This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3.75 hours of real estate continuing education. This course also satisfies the 1-hour broker module requirement. Completion of this course DOES NOT satisfy the 1 hour of Fair Housing and 1 hour of Agency Law as required in § 82.61.(c) (1) (2).
  • 2025/2027 Association Ethics Online Course (4 Credit Hours)*: Based on Everyday Ethics in Real Estate, this Minnesota course presents the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics and information on making ethical decisions in a 4-hour format that can be used to fulfill NAR’s real estate ethics training requirement. Through an in-depth discussion of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, you will be able to understand the responsibilities and duties required of REALTORS® and how the code can be used as a guide to proper conduct for all real estate practitioners. It includes case studies and interpretations based on actual situations of alleged unethical conduct.
    This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 4 hours of real estate continuing education.
  • Fair Housing Online Course (4 Credit Hours)*: Today’s real estate practitioner must establish business practices that comply with fair housing laws and offer equal professional service to all. Consistency, objectivity, and documentation are critical in accomplishing this objective. This 4-hour MN course includes the topics pertinent to fair housing in today's real estate world including law, and diversity and unconscious bias.
    This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 4 hours of real estate continuing education.
  • Undesigning Injustice Online Video Course (4 Credit Hours): Go beyond the surface and examine systemic biases that have historically influenced housing practices. Through engaging lectures, immersive real-life stories, and discussions, you will uncover the roots of housing discrimination and dissect the historical evolution of Fair Housing. Prepare to be enthralled as the lecturer unravels the complexities of redlining, steering, and other discriminatory practices that have affected marginalized communities.This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 4 hours of real estate continuing education.
