Accreditation in Wisconsin?
Each course has been approved by the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services for 3 hours of real estate continuing education.
The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services requires that, in addition to Courses 1, 2, 3, and 4, Wisconsin real estate licensees must complete two half-day elective courses by the end of the current biennium from 12/15 of every even year to 12/14 of every even year.
Accreditation in Minnesota?
