Cover the historical and societal context of housing discrimination, the legal framework intended to prevent housing discrimination, and steps you should take to prevent housing discrimination.
• REQUIRED Washington Real Estate Law Online Course (30 Credit Hours): Satisfy Washington’s real estate law post-licensing education requirement with this comprehensive course. • Real Estate Jeopardy: Episode 1 Online Video Course (4 Credit Hours): This Washington real estate continuing education course serves as a review of important real estate concepts and plays out as a question-and-answer game of all things real-estate-related.
