Based on mandatory content from the South Carolina Real Estate Commission, the course is delivered in short sections that you can take either one section at a time or all at once, and includes a downloadable student course workbook, as provided by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. • REQUIRED Risk Management for Brokers-in-Charge Online Video Course (4-Credit Hours) (BIC CORE): This 4-hour Online Video course is based on mandatory content from the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation. It satisfies the South Carolina requirement for brokers-in-charge (BIC) and delivers essential training for the 2025–2026 renewal cycle. You’ll learn the key duties of a BIC—supervising licensees, managing trust accounts, maintaining compliant office policies, and meeting disclosure and record-keeping obligations.
