Modern Urbanism (4 Credit Hours)

History has shown in great detail that most human patterns of migration and subsequent colonization have resulted in the establishment of villages, neighborhoods, or similar enclaves of societal gathering that eventually link together, growing to become towns and cities.

This course will provide a detailed summation of the current aspects of “Modern Urbanism” and the application of sustainable real estate growth.  It will provide a view of the main elements that revolve around the constantly evolving complexities related to both commercial and residential responsible land use, positive environmental planning, and manageable real estate growth.
