You’ll gain practical insight into purchase agreements, counter offers, fiduciary duties, and common contingencies—all aligned with Minnesota statutes. Build the contract confidence every successful agent needs with this required module.
This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3.75 hours of real estate continuing education. This course also satisfies the 1-hour broker module requirement in §82.61(i) for 2025-2026.
