  • REQUIRED Illinois Broker Management Online Course (12-Credit Hours): This 12-hour course is designed to equip real estate brokers with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully manage a brokerage and lead a team. By completing this course, you will meet your Illinois managing broker education requirements while gaining practical strategies to build and protect a productive real estate business. Better understand your responsibilities as managing brokers and prepare yourself to handle real-world challenges with confidence.
  • REQUIRED Illinois Core Continuing Education Online Course (6-Credit Hours)*: This 6-hour course for Illinois managing brokers satisfies the Illinois requirement for core curriculum. The course meets the requirements of the required state outline. The 6-hour course is required after June 30, 2025, and includes 2 hours of Fair Housing training. This online course is for students who prefer self-paced, interactive, online content.
  • REQUIRED Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Online Course (1-Credit Hour): This 1-hour, online continuing education course fulfills the new Illinois sexual harassment prevention training requirement. You will learn about federal and Illinois state laws that prohibit all types of harassment, including sexual harassment, the two different types of sexual harassment and examples of each, and how to report an incident at your place of employment and with federal and state authorities.
  • Mediate–Litigate–Arbitrate: Be Informed Online Video Course (2-Credit Hours): Learn the features, advantages, benefits, and limitations of each of these three dispute resolution types to help you educate your clients concerning their choices at critical and often tense decision-making junctures. Each of the three dispute resolution types are examined and explained in simple yet comprehensive terms to enable your understanding and increase your confidence.
  • Solving the Downpayment Dilemma Online Video Course (3-Credit Hours): How can you help more people realize the dream of owning a home? By solving the downpayment dilemma. In this course, you will explore the concepts and innovative programs that make that dream come true. This course explores how to crowdfund a downpayment, how to qualify for state and federal low downpayment programs, as well as how to find and reach customers—from millennials with high student loan debt to newlyweds looking to improve their credit scores—who need downpayment assistance.
