Learn the Ethical Guidelines All Real Estate Professionals Need to Know in the Field

This continuing education course consists of units from our popular 14-hour course, Continuing Education for Florida Real Estate Professionals. It offers timely and critical information to licensees in short and engaging units with thoughtful practice questions. This course fulfills the three real estate continuing education hours of ethics content required by the Florida Real Estate Commission for renewal. It includes interactive case studies to transfer the knowledge gained through reading and lecture into practical application, as well as final exams to test comprehension of the material. The final exam is a bank of 50 questions that is set to present five unique 10-question exams. Each final exam question has a review link that simulates an open-book exam in an interactive online environment.

Note: Many ethics courses (including real estate ethics courses offered by Kaplan) fulfill state licensing and continuing education requirements that may not fulfill NAR’s requirements. Individuals should determine which requirements ethics courses fulfill before enrolling.
