California Real Estate Practice covers everything on building a successful practice, from disclosure to marketing to taxation. It contains sample checklists, contracts, CAR® and other sample forms, and quizzes. This online course features content that reflects changes in legislation and in practice, including content related to unconscious bias. It also includes key terms and definitions that emphasize essential information you need to understand real estate practice in California. This California real estate course also features required Fair Housing interactive exercises and access to the Community Forum to fulfill the interactive component required by the state of California in 2024. The Required Fair Housing Interactive Exercises were created to comply with the state's requirements. Students must complete and pass three interactive activities and are directed to the Community Forum before the final exam will be unlocked.
