Texas Real Estate Salesperson Post-Licensing Courses
TREC Completion Reporting Delay: The TREC portal is currently down for an upgrade, while a new portal will be launching soon. In the meantime, there is a blackout period for reporting course completions. All CE and SAE Course completions will be e-filed with TREC as soon as the portal is available. During this time, license holders must still submit their renewal application and pay the renewal fee on time, even if their continuing education has not yet been posted into the system. TREC has noted that as long as this is submitted before your license expiration date, you will not be charged a CE deferral fee.
Complete your mandatory Sales Apprentice Education (SAE) with one of Texas’ leading real estate schools. At Kaplan, we’ll help you stay ahead of the competition through constantly updated courses that address the demands of today’s real estate market.
