This package includes:

  • Virginia 8-Hour Mandatory Topics CE Online Course (8 Credit Hours): This interactive, online course contains the eight hours of mandatory topics required by the Virginia Real Estate Board for renewal of both salesperson and broker licenses. The course includes three hours of Ethics and Standards of Conduct, two hours of Fair Housing, and one hour each of Agency, Contracts, and Legal Updates and Emerging Trend. You will learn about managing risk and how to keep your business unencumbered. The course also covers the required national flood content for Virginia.
  • Solving the Downpayment Dilemma Online Video Course (4 Credit Hours): How can you help more people realize the dream of owning a home? By solving the down payment dilemma. In this course, you will explore the concepts and innovative programs that make that dream come true. This course explores how to crowdfund a down payment, how to qualify for state and federal low down payment programs, as well as how to find and reach customers—whether millennials with high student loan debt or newlyweds looking to improve their credit scores—who need down payment assistance.
  • 2022/2024 Association Ethics Online Course (4 Credit Hours)*: This course presents the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics and information on making ethical decisions in a 4-hour format that can be used to fulfill NAR’s real estate ethics training requirement. Through an in-depth discussion of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice and case studies, you will be able to understand the responsibilities and duties required of REALTORS® and how the code can be used as a guide to proper conduct for all real estate practitioners.

*This course was designed to meet the Code of Ethics training requirement for members of the National Association of REALTORS®. You must confirm that your local board or association of REALTORS® will accept this course, and you must provide proof of course completion to the board or association.
