If you are a broker who is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, you can complete your Code of Ethics requirement with this continuing education package. It also includes the latest mandatory update course, a must-have for all non-BIC or non-BIC-eligible North Carolina real estate licensees who wish to renew their licenses for the 2024-2025 license year.
This real estate continuing education class package includes:
- REQUIRED 2024–2025 GENUP Live Online Class (4 Credit Hours)*: The 2024-2025 General Update (GENUP) real estate course is a 4-hour continuing education course written by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. This online real estate course must be completed by all non-BIC or non-BIC-eligible North Carolina real estate licensees who wish to renew their licenses for the 2024-2025 license year, and provides 4 of the 8 hours of continuing education required each year. A student manual supplement is included with the course.
- 2022/2024 Association Ethics Online Course (4 Credit Hours)**: This North Carolina course presents the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics Standards of Practice and information on making ethical decisions in a 4-hour format that can be used to fulfill NAR’s real estate ethics training requirement. Through an in-depth discussion of the Code of Ethics and case studies, you will be able to understand the responsibilities and duties required of REALTORS® and how the code can be used as a guide to proper conduct for all real estate practitioners.
*IMPORTANT: All students attending a Live Online class must have their webcams enabled and remain in view of their camera for the entire duration of the class.
