2025 24-Hour NM Qualifying Broker Core and Property Management Package
This package will help qualifying brokers meet their 2025 NMREC Mandatory Core Course and all of their property management renewal course requirements! Courses include:
- 2025 NMREC Core Course Live Online Class (4-Credit Hours): This course is designed to teach the professional responsibility of the real estate licensee in every aspect of the real estate transaction. Upon completion, you will have an advanced understanding of your responsibilities to the NMREC, all parties to a transaction, and to your fellow brokers. Learn to recognize your role as more than a facilitator of a purchase, sale or lease transaction, by acknowledging your position as a key professional in an industry that underpins a vital aspect of New Mexico's economy and culture.

- Uniform Owner/Resident Relations Act Live Online Class (6-Credit Hours): This course provides an in-depth analysis of the provisions of the Uniform Owner/Resident Relations Act, including the obligations of both owners and residents. Learn the proper way to notify tenants, how to properly handle deposit refunds, and the step by step process involved in an eviction procedure. You will also learn the Act’s requirements regarding disposition of property abandoned on the premises and what your rights are regarding right of entry.

- Property Management and Managing Risk (4-Credit Hours): Real estate property management is the fastest-growing segment of today’s real estate marketplace as more and more people are displaced from their homes through foreclosure and need to find shelter in a rental. In this online introductory course, you will receive a comprehensive overview of what major duties and responsibilities are assigned to a property manager, explore the economics of the rental business, and learn the biggest risks and liabilities associated with managing rental properties.

- Investment Property Practice and Management (10-Credit Hours): This popular course provides an up-to-date introduction to property management with a practical focus on how to comply with regulations and avoid liability, as well as a comprehensive introduction to the potentially lucrative field of commercial real estate. Discussion includes the categories of commercial property, financial elements involved in real estate investments, and developing a marketing plan. The features include Liability Alerts that offer suggestions for avoiding liability from both owners and tenants, as well as case studies, key terms, learning objectives, review questions, interactive exercises, and a final exam.
