Licensing for New Jersey Referral Agents

To qualify for licensure as a referral agent, you’ll need to complete all salesperson or broker licensing education and pass the license exam. You and your broker must also submit certifications that you’ve reviewed all legal restrictions on the activity of referral agents. Once licensed, you are limited to referring prospective customers to your employing broker or broker of record.
