Military Portability:
- Applicant holds a current and valid license in another state with a similar scope of practice, as determined by the Mississippi Occupational Licensing Board, and has held that license for at least 1 year
- The applicant must not have committed any act in another state that would have led to license denial, suspension, or revocation in Mississippi
- The applicant must be in good standing with the licensing board in the other state
- The applicant must not have a disqualifying criminal record as per Mississippi law
- The applicant must not have surrendered a license due to negligence or intentional misconduct
- The applicant must not have any pending complaints, allegations, or investigations related to unprofessional conduct or alleged crimes in another state
- All applicable fees in Mississippi must be paid
