This 2-hour Minnesota continuing education course addresses relevant technology concerns that you, as a real estate licensee, should consider. These concerns range from privacy to safety. It is vitally important from a vocational, ethical, and legal perspective to put the correct safeguards in place when dealing with any new technology and to act cautiously when implementing it. Topics include the impact of technology in real estate, as well as vocational conduct and considerations.

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 2 hours of real estate continuing education.

IMPORTANT: The Minnesota Department of Commerce requires that all students attending a live online class have their webcams enabled and that students remain in view of their camera for the entire duration of the class. Kaplan also requires the use of Zoom for live online classes. You must have Zoom downloaded and installed on your computer/laptop, and you must have a Zoom account.
